Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. I have had a passion for photography since childhood. I saved up my Bazooka Bubble Gum wrappers to get myself my first camera. I went around the neighborhood taking pictures of ordinary things. Then as a teenager I spent the Summer with my older brother who was also interested in photography and he taught me about composing a picture. In high school I took all the photography classes that were offered. I competed in the Minnesota Vocational Industrial Clubs of America and took first place. Going on to national competition in Louisville, Kentucky. I had a bad experience there failing to finish the competition. This put a bad taste in my mouth for awhile in pursuing photography.
