Pictures of Downtown Grand Forks, North Dakota captured digitally and enhanced dramatically to give the appearance of a sketched drawing. The old McDonald's clothing store from the 1940's in contrast to a tattoo store and Subway restaurant.

I have had a passion for photography since childhood. I saved up my Bazooka Bubble Gum wrappers to get myself my first camera. I went around the neighborhood taking pictures of ordinary things. Then as a teenager I spent the Summer with my older brother who was also interested in photography and he taught me about composing a picture. In high school I took all the photography classes that were offered. I competed in the Minnesota Vocational Industrial Clubs of America and took first place. Going on to national competition in Louisville, Kentucky. I had a bad experience there failing to finish the competition. This put a bad taste in my mouth for awhile in pursuing photography. I didn't think I could make a living at this so I went...
